RARE! Vintage Art Deco Kookaburra Bone China set of 5 Jugs - Keh Scherzer Bavaria 1930's
The set was produced by the Bavarian company Zeh Scherzer to mark its 50th anniversary.
This company began in 1880 and remained in production until 1992
This vintage jug set was made in Bavaria during the 1930's and its date can be identified from its maker's stamp. It features a delightful Kookaburra on a branch motif on one side and a branch with some foliage on the other. The set is in good vintage condition for its age with no discoloration to the glaze or motif. Some of its gold trim has worn off due to age and wear.
It is very rare to find the full set of 5 jugs together which makes this set a highly collectible piece.
