Limoges porcelain is France’s most celebrated fine porcelain, produced in the Limoges region since the late 18th century. Made from locally discovered kaolin — the key to true hard‑paste porcelain— Limoges quickly became renowned for its brilliant white body, refined translucency, and exceptional hand‑painted decoration.
