Shipping Locations

We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and dimensions at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Each item is carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and prepared for safe transit.

Packaging Standards

All fragile items including Murano glass, porcelain figurines, and fine china are:

• Wrapped in multiple layers of protective materials
• Cushioned with premium packing materials
• Placed in sturdy, appropriately-sized boxes
• Clearly marked as fragile

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Australia: 3-7 business days via Australia Post
International: 7-21 business days depending on destination

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for their declared value. We strongly recommend insurance for high-value items, which is included in your shipping cost.

Customs & Duties
