This is a 1990 limited edition decorative plate by the Russian artist Sergey Devyatkin, titled "Snegurochka and Kovyli". 
The plate is the second in the "Tale of Snegurochka" collection series.
It is created with natural gold pigments and has the mark of Kholuy.
The edition is limited to 195 firing days.
