Description  

An early vintage, 1919 - 1945, pretty porcelain chickadee bird (Finch) figurine from Karl Ens ,Volkstedt, Germany. 

Design: The figurine depicts a chickadee perched on a white branch, capturing a delicate and naturalistic pose. 

Porzellanfabrik Karl Ens -- the Karl Ens Porcelain Factory -- operated from 1890 to 1972. 
In 1860 Karl Ens (pater) and a man by the name of Triebner established a porcelain manufacturing business called Triebner, Ens & Co. Over the next few decades their products became highly regarded, due largely to the efforts and talent of Ens' two sons, Eduard and Karl. 1899 Karl Ens (pater) left the company together with his sons and founded Porzellanfabrik Karl Ens which was widely known for the quality and artistry of its work.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.


DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
